An Australian man who is currently stuck in Wuhan, due to the coronavirus outbreak, says the city is like a ghost town.

Daniel Ou Yang who is visiting his grandparents says it’s not the trip he had imagined.

All travellers returning to Australia from China’s Hubei Province are being advised to isolate themselves in their home for 14 days.

A second case of coronavirus has been confirmed in Victoria.

Mr Ou Yang spoke with Oliver Peterson from his grandparents apartment in Wuhan.
