Australian coronavirus evacuees to be sent to mining camp in NT
A mining camp in the Northern Territory will be used to quarantine any more evacuees from the Coronavirus-hit city of Wuhan in China.
More than 200 Australians have already been evacuated to Christmas Island… before they’re allowed to return home in two weeks time.
But the centre isn’t designed for disease containment.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison says the Government is in the process of setting up a new quarantine facility near Darwin.
