Road works has run overtime on Kwinana Freeway throwing Monday morning peak hour traffic into chaos.

A spokesperson from Main Roads apologised for the issues.

“This is certainly, very unacceptable and Main Roads apologises to all the motorists that are caught in traffic this morning, but as you said, things did not go to plan this morning and as a consequence we’ve got these delays,” John Venables, Main Roads Manager for Real Time Traffic Operations told 6PR Breakfast.
