In March last year multiple shoppers found they couldn’t lock their cars when they parked near a pharmacy at Lakeside Joondalup, it seems the same issue is happening again around Rivervale.

An email to the Rumour File notified 6PR about people having issues unlocking their cars at the Kooyong Rd shops in Rivervale.
