CEO of the Australian Banking Association Anna Bligh joins Breakfast to discuss how banks are handling Australian customers during tough times.

Bligh says the 6 month deferral of repayments is being offered in order to give people a lifeline and interest will accrue during that time. How that interest is managed the end of the 6 months is a discussion between the borrower and the bank.
