The federal government believes Australia will be a very different country until a vaccine is found to deal with coronavirus.
Modelling shows measures currently in place, like isolation and social distancing, are easing the daily rate of infection.
The number of COVID-19 cases in Australia so-far is moving towards 6,000 with 50 deaths.
