‘Play Each Other Twice’ – Kevin Sheedy On Future AFL Fixtures
Simon and the Afternoon’s Program are putting the 6PR listeners in contact with some of the great, Aussie legends so they can provide some reassuring and inspiring words in these unprecedented times.
Kevin Sheedy is one of the LEGENDS of the AFL. He played over 250 games for Richmond, winning three premierships and making Richmond’s Team of the Century. He coached Essendon for 634 games and won 4 Premierships leading the Bombers… AND THEN he coached the first ever GWS Giants side. But the real ‘highlight’ is popping onto 6PR Afternoons to chat to Bowey (maybe)
Kevin also offered an insight into how to regain AFL revenue after this year’s interrupted fixture… play more games including coming up against every team twice in the coming seasons… for more details catch up with Bowey and Sheeds at the audio below
