Cadbury’s decision to reduce the size of their family blocks but not the price has left a bitter taste in the mouths of their loyal consumers.

Much like the waist line of chocolate loves the size of the Cadbury family block has bounced around in recent years.

It dropped form 250 grams down to 200 grams before rebounding to 220 grams. 

The latest change will see a 10% drop in size back to 200 grams while maintaining the recommended retail price of $4.99.

The decion was made based on the rising price to make the chocolate bars.

Chocoltate lovers have besieged the chocolate makers facebook page to voice their disgust at the decision.
