Questions over legality of paying for hotel quarantine

A former Australian Federal Police officer has questioned the legality of forcing people to pay for hotel quarantine.
Malkara Chris Douglas has written to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission inquiring whether forcing people to pay for hotel quarantine breaches consumer law.
Mr Douglas spoke with Oliver Peterson.
