First documented case of Covid-19 reinfection raises concerns
According to preliminary research a 33 year old man in Hong Kong has had Covid 19 twice this year. This is the first documented case of someone getting the Virus twice.
It was found that the man’s second case of COVID-19 occurred 142 days after the first. The man remained asymptomatic with his second episode.
Dr Omar Korshid, President of the Australian Medical Association says one of the many big questions about Covid-19 is “once you have had it, how long is it before you lose that immunity?”
