WA housing market expected to buck the COVID trends seen over east
The state’s peak real estate body says WA’s housing market is performing well, considering the current health pandemic.
Bank bosses and financial commentators have predicted housing price pain as Australia tries to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.
But Real Estate Institute of WA Vice President Lisa Joyce told Gareth Parker on Mornings the eastern market is very different to here in WA – where our economy is more active.
