How a kid delayed the Grand Parade at the Perth Royal Show
The Grand Parade at the Perth Royal Show was delayed due to the delivery of a baby goat.
President of the Royal Agricultural Society David Thomas told Gareth Parker the most important part of the parade, the winner of the Governors Cup, was birthing his goat.
“We had to wait until he came down to meet the Governor to be presented (with the trophy),” he said.
“It was an interesting time, we originally weren’t going to be able to get him down there, so it all worked out in the end.
