Further restrictions from Thursday following 1036 new local COVID-19 cases
During a press conference on Monday afternoon, the Premier has confirmed that level two public health and social measures will come into effect statewide from Thursday, March 3.
Coinciding with Western Australia’s border opening, masks will be compulsory for everyone from year three onwards in all public indoor settings.
The two square metre rule will remain for hospitality, fitness and entertainment venues, museums and galleries, but they will be capped at 150 patrons, and seated service rules will apply.
