The Education Minister has announced changes to coronavirus requirements in schools to kick in after the school holidays.

Masks will still need to be worn by students in Year 3 and above, as well as for parents and students.

Parents and carers will be allowed on school grounds for assemblies, parent-teacher interviews, volunteering and outdoor drop-off and pick-ups.

Schools will only need to identify close contacts within their community and less information will be required.
