With an election date now set, Shadow Treasurer Jim Chalmers told Gareth Parker on 6PR Breakfast why Australian’s should vote in an Albanese Government.

Gareth questioned how Mr Chalmers would fulfill his promises of cheaper child care, pay rises for nurses and increased investments in renewable energy.

“The best way we can get that meaningful and responsible spending into the budget again is to crack down on all the wastes which have cost Australian tax payers tens of billions of dollars over the past decade,” he said.
