Collingwood have won out 20-point winners despite Fremantle levelling the scores in the final quarter at Domain Stadium on Sunday.

Fremantle had a tough ask coming back from their 100-point loss against Adelaide without big man Aaron Sandilands who was a late out with hamstring tightness.

Both teams let their guards down at different times of the game with Collingwood missing a few easy opportunities and giving Fremantle a chance to edge into the game, but the Pies were too strong for their 12.13.85 to 15.15.105 victory.

Adam Treloar racked up with 36 disposals and Steele Sidebottom with an impressive 33 touches, while Daniel Wells finished on the bench with a calf injury, Tyson Goldsack played on with only one mobile arm after injuring his right during the match.

Fremantle’s Connor Blakely finished with 26 disposals, while Ed Langdon and Brady Grey kicked two goals apiece.
