A petition against greyhound racing in WA has reached more than 6,000 signatures.

Melissa Harrison, President of Free the Hounds told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live that they’re taking this opportunity to try and prove to the Labor Government that more people do not want greyhound racing.

“Here in WA we have more pet greyhounds at the moment than we do racing greyhounds. So they’re becoming like every other breed of dog and there is just no reason for them to be racing any further.”
