The Hay Street Mall has its first food and beverage offering in almost 10 years.

Perth Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas says Espresso & Prosecco will hopefully be the first of several new hospitality venues in the city.

“It’s going to be a catalyst for others to have the confidence to open their own places on the Hay Street Mall now as well,” he told 6PR Breakfast host Gareth Parker.
