Bali bombing survivor Peter Hughes says he’s feeling ‘total frustration’ after Indonesian authorities released bomb maker Umar Patek for good behaviour while in prison.

Patek only served half of his 20-year sentence for the terrorist attack which killed 202 people in the popular tourist destination on October 12, 2002.

“I think a person like this shouldn’t be out at all,” Mr Hughes said on 6PR Mornings.

“I think that the Indonesian government have got this completely wrong.

“And I think the survivors of the families, especially the families who lost their loved ones, will be pretty upset today.”
