WA Police have held a press conference in relation to the discovery of a woman’s body on Wellington Street this morning.

Nine News Perth reporter Mia Egerton-Warbuton provided an update on the investigation into the 24-year-old’s death, which was now a homicide probe, to Gary Adshead on 6PR Mornings.

“She had been socialising with a group of people at Yagan Square (above) including a man she was in a domestic relationship with,” she told Adshead.

“There were no obvious signs of injury.”
