‘On the home straight’ told the John Hughes Rumour File that an Uber Eats delivery driver got quiet lost last night while delivering a meal to the Mandurah Greyhounds track.
The Uber driver somehow ended up on the track whilst looking for his hungry customer.
“There are no dogs pictured in this photo, which means either the car is driving super fast and is in front or it’s going nice and slow, searching for whoever ordered Uber Eats,” Michael Genovese said on 6PR Breakfast.

The rumour was later confirmed when Denis O’Brien, Greyhounds Racing WA manager told Michael Genovese and Mick Colliss, filling in for Millsy and Karl, that when he received the photo he did not believe it himself but it did happen.
“It’s very difficult to do that,
“What this guys done, he’s come in the main entrance and gone down our service slip road, which you only normally drive a tractor down, driven through the shed and car park – he’s just followed the water tractors down on to the track,” Mr O’Brien said.
“I mean the service is outstanding to be fair.”
