Cricket writer and commentator Bharat Sundaresan has detailed the shocking racial abuse faced by people at Australian cricket venues.

Sundaresan told 6PR Afternoons about his experience of racism in the past and why there’s no place for it in today’s society.

“Why can’t people just treat others equally,” said Mr Sundaresan.

“We have to make it a conversation.”
