Multiple arrests were made in Perth’s CBD on Thursday night as officers were called to an out of control brawl at Perth train station.

Rocks and bottles were thrown as officers tried to disperse a crowd of around 150 people.

At 1:30am on Friday morning, another incident occurred that saw several arrests when police were called to Moore street in East Perth.

Police say the crowd armed themselves with bricks and broken pavers, sending two police officers to the hospital for medical treatment.

Manager of the Shoe Bar in Perth’s Yagen Square told Millsy and Karl their business decided to close early as the violent crowds came too close.

“At 8:30 I got a chair almost thrown at me so I started to feel quite anxious and worried then,” she said.
