Former SAS soldier weighs in on youth resilience
Former SAS soldier Ben Pronk has spoken on the growing level of anxiety faced by younger generations.
Mr Pronk, who now manages a global consulting company, told Gary Adshead on 6PR Mornings young people deal with issues not faced by their elders.
“I don’t subscribe to the idea that society’s any less tough, but I think there’s a lot more pressure, a lot more exposure to vicarious trauma that we probably didn’t have to deal with when we were kids,” he said.
