Cancer Council WA is again calling on the government to tackle obesity by restricting junk food advertising in public spaces.

The latest report into unhealthy eating habits shows children are particularly targeted and can be exposed to up to 25 fast food ads per day.

Cancer Council WA Cancer prevention and research director Melissa Ledger told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live the government have a duty to protect children.
