WA Institute of Sport has decided to end its netball program after 40 years.

Simone Hansen from Netball WA spoke to 6PR Afternoons host Julie-anne Sprague about the impact this will have on the future of netball in this state.

“We don’t want young girls and women in WA to miss out simply because the high-performance pathways aren’t being funded,” she said.
