‘A major toll on society’: Ukrainian Ambassador works to keep war in focus
The ambassador for Ukraine is visiting Perth – as he works to keep the war in focus, 533 days on from Russia’s invasion.
Ambassador Vasyl Myroshnychenko spoke with Gary Adshead live in studio on 6PR’s Mornings and said while his people are resilient – the ongoing violence is taking its toll.
“The war is having a major toll on the society, on our mental health, and all those people who get killed or wounded. I mean, it’s a huge problem and so much destruction happening on a daily basis.”
