Environmentalists have entered Dumas House and laid down in the foyer in protest against Woodside’s North West Shelf operation.

9 News reporter Ezra Holt told 6PR Breakfast show hosts Millsy and Mick that the protesters and security seem to be at a stalemate at the moment.

“Maybe 20 protesters walked up from the main protest at Woodside and have walked straight into the foyer, sat down, laid down, and started singing,” he said.

6PR reporter Anne Barclay was at the main protest at Woodside and explained how the protesters claim the extension will affect culturally significant sites on the Burrup Peninsula.

“You name a climate group, and they’re probably here. They’re really unhappy about this decision,” she said.
