An Australian adventurer is taking on the mammoth journey of riding, swimming and running across Australia from the West to East Coast.

Tom Dunn is attempting the 9000 km triathlon to raise money for mental health charity, Livin.

Adventurer and advocate Tom Dunn told Jo McManus on 6PR Afternoons his journey is all about bringing light to mental health struggles.

I try to bring as much attention to the trip and then take that attention and turn to the people who deserve it,” said Mr Dunn.
