Aussie kids among the world’s worst bullies
Bullying rates in Australia are some of the worst in the world according to a new report.
One in 10 teens are bashed or pushed and thirty per cent of Aussie high schoolers are victims of bullying according to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development report.
“They don’t surprise me, but they are shocking” David Kernohan, Youth Legal Services CEO, said about the statistics.
“The impact on kids is disastrous in terms of their mental health, their academic achievements.”
