Andrew Vlahov is synonymous with the Perth Wildcats, but there is so much more to his story.

Inspired by his parents, who had sporting success in their own right, Vlahov decided from a young age that he wanted to represent Australia at the Olympics.

However, this goal didn’t stop him from also earning a degree in economics from Stanford University.

Following an illustrious sporting career, Andrew now focuses on Indigenous youth, empowering them through sports and cultural programs.

“Everybody deserves a fair go, and opportunities should be available to all people,” he said.
