Bali bogans put on blast by good behaviour guidebook
In an effort to convince Australian holidaymakers to behave, Bali will release a “good behaviour guidebook” listing the do’s and don’ts of visiting the island.
Bali has been a hotbed of controversial tourism lately, including naked social media photos, dangerous moped driving and questionable behaviour at sacred sites.
Former Indonesia Institute President Ross Taylor told Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast the guidebook was likely just as pertinent for tourists from climes other than Australia.
“This motivation is really being driven by not us West Australians, even though we do act badly sometimes,” Mr Taylor said.
