Australian tourists have been warned to be on their best behaviour as Balinese police prepare to launch a crack down on inappropriately behaved and dressed tourists.

A number of locals have become concerned about the chaos, flouting of local rules and customs and the association the tropical island has received with ‘Bali bogans.’

Indonesia is set to install billboards across the party hot spots including Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Canggu, Ubud, Sanur, Nusa Dua, and Uluwatu in a bid to remind tourists to respect local customs.
