An emergency fire warning has been issued for residents in the City of Armadale.

The alert extends to people bound by the Albany Highway, Admiral Road, Kunzea Road and McAllister Road in the southern part of Bedfordale and eastern part of Ashendon.

Residents are being told to act immediately to survive – with a threat to both lives and homes.
