Firefighters have crowded in front of Harper’s Buildings on Hay Street where black smoke has been seen billowing out of the building.

Nine News reporter Emma Griffiths told Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast about 20 firefighters have been seen going into and out of the building.

Sections the street outside 816 Hay Street have been temporarily blocked.
