Mental health advocates are calling on major retailers to remove outdated costumes that stereotype people living with complex mental health issues.

Rachel Green, CEO of SANE, explained to 6PR Breakfast hosts Millsy and Karl how these costumes are believed to be harming our society.

“There really perpetuating a lot of stigma and stereotypes around complex mental illness,” she said.
