The Federal Government has outlined how they plan to regulate the development of artificial intelligence as the exponential growth of technology threatens to force it into uncontrollable levels.

Monash University Data Science and AI expert Professor Geoff Webb told Gary Adshead on 6PR Mornings it might already be too late to prevent potentially dangerous development.

“It’s so fast-changing, it’s impossible for the law to keep up with it,” he said.
