There’s been a number of recent claims of kids around Perth running wild, and adults in the area are taking matters into their own hands.

6PR Breakfast asked a lawyer what our rights are when it comes to punishing other people’s kids.
Aaron McDonald from Pragma Legal told Michael Genovese and Carmen Braidwood it’s ok to tell a child off if they’re misbehaving.
“You can’t go into the area of smacks on the bum or anything like that,” he added.

The listeners added to the conversation telling stories of how they were punished as kids or how they’ve handled misbehaving children.
