The City of Wanneroo is working with police following recent reports of rat baits found at Edgar Griffiths Dog Park.

RSPCA WA Inspector Manager Kylie Green told Simon Beaumont on 6PR’s Perth Today, “The main response from a dog that has been poisoned is vomiting and diarrhea, they may be lethargic, they may have respiratory issues, intense drooling or be unstable or stagger on their feet.”

“If any suspected poisoning I would be getting the dog to the vet as soon as possible… the quicker the response time, the better the outcome,” Green continued.
