City of Perth to scrap free night parking

The City of Perth’s free night parking promotion will finish at the end of next month and a five dollar flat fee will be introduced for all off street car parks after six o’clock in the evening.
Charges for all boom gated car parks will also increase by 50 cents an hour, and one dollar a day.
