Theo Foukkare, CEO of the Australian Association of Convenience Stores, explains to Perth Today host Simon Beaumont that changes to health messaging and packet sizes are coming into effect, but he claims not enough time was given for the changes to be implemented.

“So what would normally take 12 to 18 months, they gave manufacturers 3 and a half months to get it right,” he said.
