The Shire President of Wyndham- East Kimberley says the State should be doing more to keep high-risk youth offenders out of trouble.

A Kununurra Magistrate acquitted a 10 year-old boy earlier this week, after he tried to ram a police car with a stolen vehicle.

The court heard the Magistrate believed the child didn’t know between right or wrong.

But David Menzel told Gary Adshead on 6PR Mornings the behaviour is unacceptable.
