Death of the letter? Australia Post set to cut back letter deliveries
The Federal Government has announced a review of Australia Post, with major changes likely to occur to the organisation.
Some of the possible changes include the scaling back of letter deliveries which have been deemed financially unviable.
Curtin’s School of Management and Marketing expert Professor Paul Alexander told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live letters are unnecessary.
“The number of letters are decreasing,” said Professor Alexander.
