Experts say that more student accommodation is urgently needed in Western Australia to meet the increasing demand from both domestic and international students.

Phil Honeywood, CEO of the International Education Association of Australia, believes that even quadrupling the number of beds in the CBD alone would not suffice to meet this demand.
