During opposition questioning in the State Parliament this week, it was revealed DFES remains under a lot of pressure with crippling staff shortages.

Shadow Emergency Services Minister Martin Aldridge told Oly Peterson on 6PR’s Perth Live DFES has about 50 per cent of the number of mechanics and autoelectricians that we need to keep our fire fleet on the road and safe.
