Weekend’s regular and property valuer Brendon Ptolomey joined Jamie Burnett to talk all things renting in Perth, including renting out spare rooms.

The trend of people renting out properties by the room has been growing, as demand remains high and availability low.

“There’s only about 2-thousand dwellings each week available for rent in Perth,” says Brendon.
