WA Police and residents have issued a plea for drivers to be safe and responsible after a man was charged for travelling at 206 kilometres an hour in a 110 zone.

Shire of Dandaragan president Leslee Holmes said locals are upset by the amount of people flaunting the law on Indian Ocean Drive.

“It’s not a dangerous road, it’s dangerous drivers,” she said.
