Drunks should pay for emergency help

A Senate inquiry in to health costs has been told to consider charging drunks who present at emergency wards with milk bottles in their bottoms should pay for any health care they receive. Steve and Baz spoke to former Abbott Government health adviser Terry Barnes who made the recommendation.
