The Federal Opposition says the International Criminal Court’s decision to seek arrest warrants for senior Israeli and Hamas officials is anti-Semitic.

The ICC claims it has reasonable grounds to believe leaders from both sides are responsible for war crimes, yet US president Joe Biden has criticised the move, claiming the court is creating a “false equivalence.”

“This is a statement that really seeks to challenge actions undertaken with seeming impunity in the middle of warfare,” Former U.S. Ambassador-at-Large for War Crimes Issues David Scheffer told Gary Adshead on 6PR Mornings.
