Dwindling numbers of instructors threaten vital swimming lessons
WA schools are being forced to reduce the number of essential swimming lessons because there aren’t enough instructors.
6PR Breakfast hosts Millsy and Karl spoke to Jemma Plaisted, President of Inglewood P&C, whose school had their swimming lessons cut short due to a lack of instructors.
“There are so many things that we need our children taught, and we’re not paying good enough wages,” she said.
